The power behind All-in

We contribute to building an inclusive society in which uniqueness is celebrated.

We contribute to building an inclusive society.

The All-in Foundation exists because we believe that inclusion, wellness and social safety are not just fancy words, but real-life experiences that everyone deserves. Our mission? To turn scientific knowledge about behavior into practical solutions that actually change lives.
What makes us different? We invest in the future by building the inclusive competence of young people. What they learn and experience today, they carry with them throughout their lives. This sustainable change from within is our strength. At the same time, our approach is the cement that binds together and strengthens all other well-being, social safety and inclusion efforts. All-in has the ability to build bridges where others see walls.

We work with companies, institutions and communities to create environments where people dare to be who they really are. Through workshops, tools and guidance, we make proven behavioral science insights tangible and applicable. Because we know: real change is not created by talking about inclusion, but by feeling it, living it and experiencing it.

How we address social issues

We listen to challenges, look at culture and develop solutions that fit the need and context. Because this is the only way we can ensure that inclusion and well-being do not remain as good intentions.

Frequently asked questions

You can ask us anything, but you may find the answer you are looking for here: take a look around. Can’t find your question? Please contact us using the contact form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I get financial support for your workshops?

Yes, subsidy opportunities are currently available for sports clubs and associations. By applying for our services through NOC-NSF’s platform, sports clubs pay a greatly reduced rate. You can request permission for this subsidy from your municipality. Feel free to contact us for more information about other possible funding opportunities for your organization.

Within vocational education, we work on a customized basis. We integrate our offer into the existing curriculum, so that the program grows organically and is widely supported within the educational institution. This approach proves to be more effective and efficient for vocational education, because it fits seamlessly with the institution’s own context and goals.

With an All-in subscription, your organization receives access to our complete digital library of exercises and tools for an entire calendar year. You can easily subscribe via our website. This gives you maximum flexibility: you select which exercises and tools best suit your target group and situation, without extra costs per activity.

For schools, we recommend at least one exercise per week. For sports clubs, we recommend at least one exercise per month. This regularity ensures that the knowledge and skills stick and actually become part of the culture within your organization. Of course we can look together at a rhythm that best suits your situation.

Scientific research shows that our social development occurs primarily during adolescence. Interventions in the areas of citizenship, social safety and social-emotional skills are therefore most effective at this stage of life. By investing early in this development, we lay a solid foundation for an inclusive and socially safe society.

Absolutely! Many of our exercises and workshops are perfectly applicable to employees and executives. We are happy to talk to you about topics such as inclusion, well-being, team development and psychological safety, always tailoring the content to your specific context and goals.

The special thing about partnering with Foundation All-in is that all the margin on our commercial activities flows back into our social work. So you not only invest in your own organization, but also contribute to a more inclusive and socially safer environment for young people. This support allows us to keep our free basic program accessible to schools and sports clubs.

Can you firmly support us as a Municipality?

Certainly. We understand that not every congregation has in-house expertise in youth social-emotional development, diversity and inclusion. We can support congregations both structurally and incidentally, depending on your needs.

The advantage of a structural partnership is that we get to know each other better and better. This allows us to respond more effectively to local issues and support you with appropriate, sustainable solutions. We are happy to think along with you about the best form of cooperation.

Yes, we do that on a regular basis. We can adapt our existing exercises to the specific context of your organization in terms of design, language and execution. We also develop completely unique exercises and programs when your situation demands it. We always coordinate this closely with you so that it fits perfectly with your goals and target group.

For the sports sector, we have previously realized successful productions such as The trainer sees the difference for the City of Amsterdam and the folder Our Clubbie which we developed on behalf of Roze Kameraden for Gemeente Rotterdam. For education, we are currently working with digital resources through our platform. Should there be a need for physical materials, we can also produce commissioned productions.

Yes, definitely. We believe in a fair and inclusive labor market. That is why we work with trainers and consultants who receive market-based compensation. We deliberately choose professionals from underrepresented groups. In this way we contribute to a more diverse and inclusive work climate, where everyone is given equal opportunities. Quality and commitment are paramount to us and that includes good working conditions.

Yes, we work with an evidence-based competency framework developed specifically for inclusive development. This framework provides teachers, coaches and trainers with clear insight into what competencies they are developing and how to monitor and evaluate the progress of their students, players or team members.

Our framework is based on current pedagogical and developmental psychological research on social-emotional development, citizenship education and inclusive behavior. We distinguish concrete learning objectives per developmental stage and competency area, such as perspective taking, self-regulation, empathy, dealing with diversity and constructive communication.

For each learning objective, we offer concrete behavioral indicators and rubrics with which supervisors can systematically track development: from beginner to advanced level. This allows them to intervene in a targeted way and to demonstrably work towards an inclusive and socially safe climate. The framework is regularly updated on the basis of new scientific insights and practical experiences.

Upon request, we are happy to share more information about the theoretical underpinnings and concrete application of our framework within your organization.

Yes, please do! As a foundation, we depend on donations, grants and proceeds from our services. Individuals can make a one-time or structural donation via our website. Besides financial support, companies can also opt for a partnership in which we train your employees. This way you invest in your own organization and in our social work.
