You make the difference

We contribute to building an inclusive society in which uniqueness is celebrated.

Our world, and maybe soon yours too

Imagine: your efforts contribute to a world where everyone feels safe and valued. At All-in, we make that world a little bit more real every day.
We are looking for people who, like us, believe that change is possible. People who want to use their talents to promote inclusion, well-being, and social safety. Whether you have experience in this field or are simply driven by our mission, there is always a place for your contribution.

Open positions

Volunteering at All-in gives you the opportunity to make an impact while developing yourself. Most positions are voluntary, allowing you to contribute flexibly based on your own situation. We also work with a network of advisors and trainers for specific projects.

Frequently asked questions

You can ask us anything, but you may find the answer you are looking for here: take a look around. Can’t find your question? Please contact us using the contact form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How do you view representation?

Because of our mission, we believe it is important to make room for professionals who feel distanced from the labor market. Our diversity strengthens the organization and makes our work more authentic. If you have experienced obstacles, we would like to give you the opportunity to show us your talent.

For volunteers and interns, this depends on the nature of the work. If you travel to a location on our behalf, your travel expenses will always be reimbursed. Any materials will of course also be reimbursed.

We are honest: as a young foundation, we are unfortunately unable to offer structural expense reimbursement at this time. We find this frustrating ourselves, because we know it can be a barrier. We are working hard to make this possible in the future. Transparency about this is important to us, so you know where you stand.

Flexibility is in our DNA. We work with a diverse team in which everyone has their own needs and abilities: caregiving responsibilities, a chronic condition, sensitivity to stimuli, or a busy life. We always look for ways to make room for each other.

That’s why we like to plan for the longer term and work with realistic expectations. The most important thing is that you can commit to an average number of hours per week and that you communicate openly about your availability. We’ll work out the rest together.

Absolutely. We believe it is important that you are well prepared and feel confident in your role.

New trainers are supervised by our head trainer during their first sessions. This gives you a clear picture of our work in practice and allows you to ask questions about our choices and working methods. For consultants, who we expect to already have relevant experience, we organize knowledge sessions on the All-in methodology.

In addition, everyone has access to our Research & Development board member, who acts as a knowledge expert, observing and contributing ideas when necessary. Learning is a continuous process for all of us.

Experience is useful, but it’s not everything. Motivation, a natural feel for our work, and a willingness to learn are just as important to us. We are still learning every day ourselves and assume that, like us, you will continue to grow in your role every year.

However, it is important that you dare to investigate, explore, and be enterprising. As a small foundation, we work with a great deal of independence and personal responsibility. If that suits you and you feel a real drive to contribute to an inclusive society, then we would love to hear from you, even if you don’t have years of experience.

As an organization, we are still relatively young, so this is a bit of guesswork. So far, board members and volunteers have stayed with us for an average of 3 to 4 years, while trainers and advisors have stayed slightly longer: around 5 years. For us, it is valuable to build lasting relationships. It takes time to get to know each other well and to become optimally attuned to each other. We need that continuity and stability to flourish as an organization. We are happy to invest in you, and hope that you will do the same in us.

What can I expect when I start working for you?

When you start with us, we first take the time to get to know each other. We are a close-knit team with short lines of communication, and we believe that is important.

You will receive a thorough introduction to our work, materials, and methodology. You will also be assigned a permanent point of contact. Who that is depends on your position. Once you have sufficient insight and overview, we will work with you to draw up a plan that matches your ambitions and our organizational goals. You will then be given complete freedom to get started. We trust in your expertise and independence, and are always there when you need us.

Our procedure is transparent and personal. You usually apply with just a resume, no endless cover letters. We leave a vacancy open for about 4 weeks and then review all candidates personally.

We select three candidates for the first round of interviews. There are usually two rounds of interviews, each with two board members. During these interviews, you get to know us and we get to know you. What we look for during these interviews is clearly described in our job vacancies. For operational positions, we do things slightly differently and often opt for a single interview followed by a trial assignment.

You will always receive honest and open feedback from us, whether you are hired or not. If we are all enthusiastic, we will invite you to become part of the All-in family.

Of course! If it gives you peace of mind and something to hold on to, we are happy to share the questions we will be asking in advance. And if you find job interviews difficult anyway, we can also opt for a skills assignment before we conduct the first interview.

We know that not everyone finds interviews easy, and that this can be an unwanted barrier. Please let us know if you would prefer a different format, such as a conversation during a walk, a day of work experience, or a written assignment. The most important thing for us is to create a situation in which you can show us what you have to offer.

Job sharing is more than welcome on the board. Choose someone who complements you and take on the challenge together. This is especially nice if the time investment is a bit higher, you are ambitious and want to achieve more in less time, or you have someone who simply complements you incredibly well.

What’s more, all our departments welcome teams. There’s plenty of work to go around, so even an entire Employee Resource Group can get started with us right away. Working together makes us stronger.

The most important thing when you start working with us is that you feel connected to our mission and vision. Within that framework, we welcome experimentation and creativity. We love nothing more than committed teammates who stay with us for the long term, and we give you every opportunity to explore what energizes you. Do you have creative ideas? Great! Start your own passion project, pitch it to the team, and work with us to turn your dream into reality. We believe that the best ideas come when people are given the freedom to follow their passion.

Most of us work entirely remotely, depending on the position. If we would like to meet face-to-face, we arrange to meet at a convenient location. For trainers and consultants, physical presence at locations is naturally part of the job.

Would you like to join our team?

Do you see yourself contributing to the mission of Stichting All-in, but your ideal position is not listed? Then we would like to meet you. We are always interested in meeting motivated people who want to use their talent and commitment to contribute to a more inclusive society.

Send your motivation letter and resume to maikevanoyen@all-in.foundation or fill in the application form. We will then look at the possibilities together and how you can make a difference.

Together, we can make our communities more inclusive! 🌍💙
