Privacy Statement
All-in Foundation handles data of users of its online products and services with care. Personal data are carefully handled and secured. Foundation All-in adheres to privacy laws in all cases.
Privacy statement Foundation All-in
As an independent foundation, the All-in Foundation depends in part on contributions from you and others. With the help of our network, we contribute to a society where uniqueness is celebrated. Through the trust and time you give us, we can ensure that future generations grow up in a truly inclusive society.
Transparency is an important value for us as a Foundation. Our privacy statement informs you how we handle the personal data we receive from you. After all, we are responsible for the personal data you share with us.
When you visit our website, subscribe to our newsletter, make a donation or offer your services to us, it is the beginning of a reciprocal relationship between you and All-in. In order to maintain that relationship, we receive your personal data from you. And once we store your data, we are also a so-called “processor” of your data. As a “processor,” we are focused on handling the data you make available to us with care.
By careful we mean that we treat your data confidentially, that we have security measures in place to protect your data and the agreement that we will delete your data when its storage is no longer necessary for our work or the maintenance of our relationship.
Moments when we receive your personal data
There are several times and ways in which we may receive your personal data:
- Once you donate to the All-in Foundation, your name and account number are processed. This information is needed to register and process the donation. If you indicate this during the donation, we will also store your e-mail address and organization name so that we can keep you informed of our activities.
- When you volunteer for All-in, we collect your information to enable mutual contact and enable us to support you properly.
- If you contact us through the contact form, by mail, by phone or if you subscribe to our newsletter we sometimes also process your personal data. This includes recording or storing your first and last name, telephone number and e-mail address.
- We sometimes also process data that you share with us online through social media, think for example of the location that may be registered by the social media platform.
- If you order one of our products through our platform, we process your address or that of the organization for which you work with the corresponding data for the purpose of invoicing.
We only process your personal data if it is in connection with achieving our social objectives or we have permission to process this data and only if we have grounds to do so. These include the performance of an agreement and legal obligations we have as a Foundation.
Purposes of processing your personal data
Specifically, we process your personal data so that we can:
- Be able to process and manage your donation.
- be able to meet (legal) financial and tax obligations in our administration, such as keeping financial data for seven years.
- inform you as specifically as possible about what All-in does with your donation, about what we achieve and about campaigns we are going to roll out in which we could use your help.
- can keep track of who we may and may not approach for our campaigns.
- Be able to keep records of your efforts as a volunteer, and to inform and support you in your volunteer work.
- To be able to ask you to engage with All-in in other ways.
- can test and improve the quality of our services, such as in answering questions, providing education on developing a socially safe climate, inclusive skills and our website.
- be able to handle any disputes with you.
- be able to conduct market research and thereby tailor our services more closely to your needs.
- be able to track web statistics and facilitate your sharing of posts via social media.
We do not use your information for purposes other than those mentioned above and do not share this information with third parties other than partners who provide services for us such as parcel delivery service.
In all cases, we ensure that these third parties comply with proper privacy and security safeguards.
We are required by law to be able to show you how and when we obtained your data with your consent.
Your personal data will not be kept longer than necessary
To continue our commitment to an inclusive society, it is necessary for us to maintain the longest possible relationship with donors and potential ambassadors. This allows us to maximize our revenue and keep fundraising costs as low as possible. The lower the cost of fundraising, the more funds can flow back into research and expansion/improvement of our activities, which in turn benefits society. Our relationship in many cases will not be continuous but will be intermittent from you or us.
To maintain our relationship, we have data from the entire relationship period, but for a maximum of 10 years. After that, all data is deleted by archiving, anonymizing or destroying it.
You have several rights when it comes to your personal data with us
- You have the right to request inspection, correction or deletion of your personal data.
- You have the right to object. This means you can oppose the All-in Foundation’s use of your data for recruiting (including marketing) purposes.
- You always have the possibility to file a complaint about our use of personal data. Initially with us, so that we can improve our processes, but if you are not satisfied with our response to the Personal Data Authority: https://autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl/.
- At your request, we will share, correct, anonymize or delete your personal information. There are sometimes situations in which we cannot fulfill your request. For example, when the protection of the rights of third parties is more important. This may occur if your access request also contains the personal data of other persons. If we refuse a request, we will motivate why we cannot comply with it in writing within six weeks.
- If you disagree with our decision on a request for inspection, correction, deletion or opposition, you can file a complaint with the Personal Data Authority.
- You have the right to so-called data portability. This means that you can ask Foundation All-in to deliver your digitally stored data when you enter into a similar relationship with another organization. In concrete terms, this means that we will send you an overview of your personal data as we have stored them. You can ask All-in to transfer the data directly to that other organization. All-in is not responsible for how the other organization processes these data.
- You can unsubscribe from campaigns and newsletters.
If you have made a donation, we may use your address and e-mail address or telephone number to inform you about new actions. If you support Foundation All-in with a donation or subscribe to the newsletter, you will be clearly asked for permission and we will tell you what we use your permission for. In every e-mail or after every phone call we offer you the possibility to change this or to unsubscribe from this form of communication.
You can also simply email contact@all-in.foundation to unsubscribe.
