Our All-in program builds on the scientific foundation and provides schools with a practical package to structurally embed social-emotional skills and a socially safe culture in classrooms.
The program was developed particularly for mentoring hours, where mentors guide their mentees in their personal development. However, the topics and skills can be used more broadly. Our annual calendar shows how topics such as respectful communication, diversity and emotion regulation can be woven into different subjects.
Support for teachers
We offer tools and materials that help teachers strengthen their teaching skills and improve the social climate in their classes, from classroom management to having difficult conversations. Follow up with customized advice around culture, inclusion and appropriate education. Our workshops on inclusive pedagogy offer practical tools for the whole team.
