Working at All-In

All-in was founded to create a truly inclusive social environment across Europe for future generations. We strive to achieve this by offering free, interactive programs to primary schools, secondary schools, vocational schools, colleges and sports associations. These programs help new generations develop self-awareness, empathy, communication skills, self-confidence and cooperation. But our work doesn’t stop there. To support schools and sports associations in creating a safe and inclusive environment, we have also developed a series of practical tools that reinforce our mission.

More and more municipalities recognize the importance of inclusivity and social cohesion in their policies. That is why we are looking for an experienced advisor who bridges the gap between All-in and the municipal world. You will become our specialist for all projects involving municipalities – from policy advice to the implementation of our programs at the municipal level.

About the role: in principle, this role falls under our flexible pool, which means we pay you for the work you do with our clients. This role therefore offers a great deal of freedom and is easy to combine with other activities.

What we are looking for

What will you do?

As Advisor Municipalities, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with municipalities and their relevant departments
  • Advising municipalities on inclusion policy and the implementation of social safety programs
  • Coordinating municipal projects from intake to evaluation and reporting
  • Translating municipal needs into concrete All-in programs and interventions
  • Supporting grant applications and drawing up project proposals
  • Facilitating collaboration between municipalities, schools and sports associations within municipal boundaries
  • Monitoring and evaluating municipal projects and their social impact
  • Advising the board on developments in the municipal landscape
  • Networking at relevant gatherings and conferences in the public sector

What do you bring?

  • Extensive experience in (or with) the municipal world as a policy advisor, project manager or consultant
  • Excellent knowledge of municipal processes, decision-making and funding streams
  • A network within the public sector and at municipal organizations
  • Experience with grant processes and public tenders
  • Strong communication skills and diplomatic ability
  • Affinity for youth, inclusion, diversity and social cohesion
  • Project management skills and a results-oriented approach
  • An entrepreneurial attitude combined with a feel for public values
