Working at All-In

All-in was founded to create a truly inclusive social environment across Europe for future generations. We strive to achieve this by offering free, interactive programs to primary schools, secondary schools, vocational schools, colleges and sports associations. These programs help new generations develop self-awareness, empathy, communication skills, self-confidence and cooperation.

But our work doesn’t stop there. To support schools and sports associations in creating a safe and welcoming environment, we have also developed a series of practical tools that reinforce our mission.

To realize our ambitions and increase our impact, we are looking for a board member who positions our story in the market with power and clarity, opens doors to new relationships, and knows how to flawlessly convince our (potential) partners of the value of our work.
