Working at All-In

All-in was founded to create a truly inclusive social environment across Europe for future generations. We strive to achieve this by offering free, interactive programs to primary schools, secondary schools, vocational schools, colleges and sports associations. These programs help new generations develop self-awareness, empathy, communication skills, self-confidence and cooperation. But our work doesn’t stop there. To support schools and sports associations in creating a safe and welcoming environment, we have also developed a series of practical tools that reinforce our mission.

To realize our ambitions, we are looking for a board member to safeguard our financial health, enable strategic financial planning, and ensure transparent accountability to stakeholders.
