Working at All-In

All-in was founded to create a truly inclusive social environment across Europe (and beyond) for future generations. We strive to achieve this by offering free, interactive programs to primary schools, secondary schools, vocational schools, colleges and sports associations. These programs help new generations develop self-awareness, empathy, communication skills, self-confidence and cooperation. But our work doesn’t stop there. To support schools and sports associations in creating a safe and welcoming environment, we have also developed a series of practical tools.

To realize our ambitions, we are looking for a co-chair who takes over part of the responsibilities of our current chair and provides a solid foundation on which we can grow. In time, you will have the opportunity to take over the entire leadership independently or with a duo-partner of your choice.

  • Preparing the reports for our Advisory Board
  • Helping to safeguard the strategic vision and goals of the Foundation
  • Expanding the Foundation’s resources to enable growth

In the first phase, your primary focus is on the operational management of the executive team and on expanding our network and resources, so that our programs can scale up further. You work closely with the Chair, who focuses on the overall strategic direction and product development.

What do you bring?

  • Expertise in social development and DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging), preferably with demonstrable hands-on experience in scaling impact programs within the education or sports sectors.
  • Demonstrable experience in building or professionalizing (non-profit) organizations with a focus on governance, fundraising and team structures.

  • Persuasiveness and excellent communication skills.
  • Affinity for inclusion and social impact.
  • Demonstrable inclusive leadership with the ability to motivate, manage, expand and coach a driven, international team.
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English (both spoken and written); other languages are a plus.

  • The opportunity to use your network and expertise for social change.
  • The opportunity to eventually take over the role of Chair, determining the full direction and impact of a growing European foundation.
  • The chance to apply your C-level experience to a mission that truly brings about change in the social climate of Europe and beyond.
  • A challenging board position (unpaid) with a lot of freedom and responsibility, perfect for a professional who wants to achieve maximum social impact alongside a paid career or in a new phase of life.
  • Flexibility in time commitment (this role requires approximately 10 hours per week).
