All-in was founded to create a truly inclusive social environment across Europe for future generations. We strive to achieve this by offering free, interactive programs to primary schools, secondary schools, vocational schools, colleges and sports associations. These programs help new generations develop self-awareness, empathy, communication skills, self-confidence and cooperation. But our work doesn’t stop there. To support schools and sports associations in creating a safe and inclusive environment, we have also developed a series of practical tools that reinforce our mission.

Due to the growing demand for our services in education, we are looking for an experienced teacher/trainer and advisor to take the lead on our educational activities. You will become the linchpin in our organization for everything related to education: from client contact to team leadership, from program development to strategic advice.

About the role: for now, this role falls under our flexible pool, which means we pay you for the work you do with our clients. This role therefore offers a great deal of freedom and is easy to combine with other activities.

What we are looking for

What will you do?

As Head Coach Education, you will be responsible for:

  • Helping to build All-in as THE expert in the field of a socially safe and inclusive climate in the school environment
  • Acting as head trainer and advisor regarding the implementation of our programs in primary, secondary and vocational education
  • Maintaining client relationships, including tailoring our offerings to the specific needs of schools and institutions
  • Coordinating and carrying out assignments within the education domain
  • Further developing and improving our programs and methods based on practical experience
  • Managing and supervising co-trainers and junior advisors in the All-in method
  • Advising the board on market developments and needs in the education field
  • Building strategic partnerships with educational institutions and relevant organizations

What do you bring?

  • Extensive experience in education as a teacher, trainer and/or advisor
  • A proven track record in supervising and training (junior) professionals
  • Strong communication skills and natural authority
  • Experience with program development and the implementation of educational innovations
  • Affinity for and knowledge of inclusion, diversity and social safety in educational environments
  • An entrepreneurial attitude with an eye for customer service and market needs
  • Leadership skills and the ability to build teams
  • Flexibility and proactivity in a dynamic work environment
