Working at All-In

All-in was founded to create a truly inclusive social environment across Europe for future generations. We strive to achieve this by offering free, interactive programs to primary schools, secondary schools, vocational schools, colleges and sports associations. These programs help new generations develop self-awareness, empathy, communication skills, self-confidence and cooperation.

But our work doesn’t stop there. To support schools and sports associations in creating a safe and welcoming environment, we have also developed a series of practical tools that reinforce our mission. In addition, we provide advice and support to NGOs, sports federations and government agencies on setting up or strengthening socially safe and inclusive ecosystems.

To strengthen our governance and strategic direction, we are looking for leaders with entrepreneurial roots who can support the executive board with advice and action.

What we are looking for

What will you do?

As a member of the advisory board, you will be responsible for:

  • Advising the operational board on strategic decisions and policy development.
  • Identifying opportunities, trends and developments within the social and inclusive sector.
  • Using your network to increase the impact and visibility of the foundation.
  • Supporting fundraising and attracting partnerships/sponsorship.
  • Overseeing the financially healthy management and long-term vision of the foundation.

What do you bring?

  • Experience in a leadership, governance or advisory role within a foundation or social organization.
  • A relevant network within the social sector, government, business or the world of fundraising.
  • A strong affinity for themes such as inclusion, diversity and social equality.
  • A strategic, proactive and helicopter-view mentality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A good command of the Dutch and English languages (other languages are a plus).
