Working at All-In

All-in was founded to create a truly inclusive social environment across Europe for future generations. We strive to achieve this by offering free, interactive programs to primary schools, secondary schools, vocational schools, colleges and sports associations. These programs help new generations develop self-awareness, empathy, communication skills, self-confidence and cooperation. But our work doesn’t stop there. To support schools and sports associations in creating a safe and welcoming environment, we have also developed a series of practical tools that reinforce our mission.

What we are looking for

What will you do?

What talent do you have? You know that better than anyone, and because we are looking for all kinds of volunteers, we are convinced that you too will make our team better! What are we looking for?

🏃 Movers – our ambassadors

Volunteers who help us reach young people for whom this day can make an important difference:

  • Outreach activities: calling or visiting schools and GSAs in the region where we host events
  • Approaching employers: making contact with the employers of young people
  • Social media: getting others excited through online channels
  • Networking: connecting with LGBTI+ young people and encouraging them to take part

🤝 Minglers – our face

Volunteers who make sure the day itself runs perfectly:

  • Hospitality: showing visitors around and giving them a warm welcome
  • Practical support: helping set up workshops and activities
  • Venue styling: making the space cozy and inclusive
  • Photography: capturing beautiful memories
  • Catering: helping with lunch and refreshments
  • Logistics: making sure everything runs smoothly
  • Safety: making sure everyone feels comfortable and free
