ALL-IN FOUNDATION
Inclusion is the essence of all activity by All-in.
We contribute to an inclusive society in which uniqueness is celebrated.
We develop effective programs by conducting our own research into effective interventions, entering into discussions with children and collecting best practices from all over the world. The ultimate goal is to realize a sustainable and safe social climate for children and young people in school systems and sports.
All-in joins forces with passionate municipalities, other non-profits, teachers and schools, trainers and sports clubs and with organizations that want to make a positive impact on tomorrow’s society. Using our turn-key programs focused on diversity and inclusion, we work with these people and organisations to develop the inclusive competencies of future generations and a social climate in which your uniqueness is celebrated.

Sports: inclusive together
Building an inclusive society starts here, with us, and sport proves to be a powerful way to connect people. That’s why we are pleased to announce that All-in put together a special document aimed at welcoming new residents through sport. With this document we want to share concrete ways in which sport can serve as a catalyst for inclusion. Whether it is football, basketball, or other activities, sports provide a platform where people from different backgrounds can meet, understand and grow together.
In this piece you will find practical ways to promote the integration of refugees and migrants into your local community. Let’s work together towards a future where everyone, regardless of their background, feels welcome and valued. Because in a community where diversity is embraced, we grow together.
Download the guide and let’s use the power of sports to connect..
The value of a book for an inclusive education
For a number of years the subject has been raised throughout our society; diversity. We now know quite well when our workforce is sufficiently diverse. But when is your school library diverse and why is having diversity in your collection important?
Integral Safety Plan
All-in published an integral safety plan for sports clubs. In collaboration with various expertise centers that are committed to a safe sports climate, All-in developed an integral safety plan for sports clubs, in line with the legal requirements in the Netherlands. The integral safety plan, which is made available free of charge by all participating organizations, pays attention to both physical and social safety in and around the sports club and is therefore widely applicable. An important added value of this plan is that each sports club can adjust the passages in the plan as desired, immediately creating a plan that fits seamlessly with the unique vision and procedures of each club.
