Our ambassadors
We have several fantastic ambassadors who are part of the All-in family. All our ambassadors share one important trait – their love for people and the desire to create a society where uniqueness is celebrated and inclusion is the foundation of the economy. They help us to propagate the All-in message. They help us with our mission and make our work known to those who derive value from it.
Our friends

They donate their time and knowledge to ensure that everything we develop and do is based on science, knowledge and practical experience. Stichting Pride and Sports: ‘Being yourself in sport’
Stichting Pride and Sports As a national sports umbrella organization, it promotes the interests of LGBTI+ athletes and sports organizations in the Netherlands. ‘Being yourself in sport’ requires a safe sports climate and a positive sports culture for all athletes, regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity & expression and sex characteristics, and whereby people are stimulated to develop themselves further. The Pride and Sports Foundation is an ambitious volunteer organization with a broadly qualified board. By exchanging professional knowledge, sharing networks or having targeted research carried out with the business community, knowledge institutions and relations, the visibility of LGBTIA+ in sport improves. With the following spearheads: emancipation, diversity and inclusion in a modern society in transition with its multifaceted and complex challenges. Increasing (this) awareness will lead to the realization that a managerial perspective on diversity policy is an inseparable part of policy objectives within all (sports) organisations, institutions and companies.
Sportpsycholoog Karin de Bruin: ‘(W)eet wat je doet‘
Sportpsycholoog Karin de Bruin In her Practice for Sport and Health, she works with top athletes on mental resilience and skills, and lays a foundation for optimal performance with her training. Her specialization focuses on eating problems in sports. Elite athletes, with a determined perfectionism, sometimes get caught up in a tunnel vision of controlling their weight or diet in their will to win. In-depth information about this can be found on the site Eetproblemen in de Sport. The prevention program (W)eet wat je doen has been established to prevent eating problems and to teach healthy performance. (W)EET WAT JE DOET is a collective of trainers that provides training to athletes, trainers, coaches, staff, board and/or parents on how top athletes can get the most out of themselves in a healthy way. Coaches and trainers who suspect that their athlete(s) have lost the balance between training, nutrition and rest can find a free manual and more information about the offer here.
The link between an athlete’s physical performance and mental toughness cannot be overemphasized.
Karin assists the All-in Foundation in the training lessons and the Train the Trainers workshops based on her experience and her teaching experience as a university teacher in Amsterdam.
Our partners
In addition to ambassadors and friends, we cannot do our work without the support of special brands and organizations. Our partners contribute to our programs and help us raise thousands of dollars that make it possible to improve and expand our programs, but also they also help us to continue to offer as much as possible for free so that everything we do is and remains accessible to everyone in the world who would like to support our mission.
