About us
All-in’s mission
We went All-in to enable a cost neutral Diversity and Inclusion program for sports clubs’ youth teams and for schools. We want to structurally improve the D&I climate within the Netherlands – and Europe – for the younger generation.
In 2019 we worked hard to realize this dream and at the end of 2020 we were ready to share our programs with you!
Onze activities

Our board currently consists of four successful professionals who have gone All-in. Behind the scenes these are the folks working on All-in’s mission.
Are you enthusiastic and do you want to contribute to our mission? Do you have a few hours per week to assist us and do you have an extensive network within the sports and/or education sectors?
Currently we are seeking to fill the following positions:
Advisory board member
We are looking for a seasoned professional with (international) leadership experience for the advisory board. As an advisory board member you have knowledge of financial management, corporate governance and strategy determination. You assist the executive board for about half a day per month and together you validate whether the executive board is performing its work properly.
Executive board member Fundraising
The executive board member of Fundraising is responsible for acquiring grants, donations and sponsorships. With your help and knowledge, the Foundation is able to develop important program components like Virtual Reality solutions and expand its services.
Executive board member
For the executive board we are looking for two seasoned professionals. As an executive board member, you determine the strategy and programs of All-in together with the other board members. You will also be responsible for one of our subdomains in line with your personal interests and skills.
