All-in Foundation, respectively the relevant owner, reserves all rights (including copyrights, trademarks, patents or any other intellectual property right) with regard to information presented on the website (including texts, graphic material and logos). Except for downloading and printing the information provided for your own use, it is not permitted to copy, incorporate, multiply, distribute, make public or in any way use the content of the website without the express written permission by All-in Foundation or the rightful claimants.  The images on this website are mainly derived from Canva. In addition, we use our own images and free images from online platforms such as FreePick and Pexels. If you believe that no justice is done to the source material, we request that you notify us by e-mail at contact@all-in.foundation. In that case, we will take appropriate measures.

Online communication

The Foundation advises not to send secret or otherwise sensitive information to  All-in Foundation by e-mail. If you choose to do so, you accept the risk that these messages will be intercepted, misused or changed by a third party.

Data security

The Foundation applies security measures to prevent your data from being lost, changed or disclosed, used or accessed in an unauthorized way. If there is a suspicion of a breach of our personal data affecting our own hardware or software, we will notify you immediately. Where there is a data breach with our technical providers, such as the web host, we will also inform you. For data breaches on social networks (Facebook gets a special mention here), we count on you to follow the news yourself and take action as you see fit.

Exclusion of liability

All-in Foundation does not accept any liability for direct or indirect damage, incidental or consequential damage, fines or immaterial damage, including loss of profits (even when All-in Foundation has been advised of the possibility of the occurrence of these damages) that in any way relate to the creation of this website or its content.
