An inclusive school policy
with our turn-key school program
Many schools are restructuring their curricula and teaching techniques to better reflect the history, culture, life experiences and learning styles of the community. These changes offer minorities and students with a less strong economic position the opportunity to see themselves reflected in textbooks, lessons, presentations and other school components and therefore they contribute to a more positive self-image.
This form of inclusion helps promote equality within the school system, as teaching from diverse perspectives and adapting classroom methodologies to different learning styles ensures that every child can be successful. Since prejudice is also linked to inequality, it is of paramount importance that schools are committed to an inclusive climate where all students and teachers are respected and seen.
Environments that provide too little space for social and emotional development inhibit overall development. Children need to feel connected to others, to have confidence in themselves and others, and most importantly, to feel that they have influence on their own attitudes and behaviour (internal sense of control).

What actions can you take?
Library with teaching materials
All-in is developing a library containing additional teaching materials. Consider, for example, exercises that are suitable for the other years of study to further develop the skills of students in later years or for the first years of school in a complementary way.
