An inclusive club policy
with our turn-key training program
The skills that contribute to moral development, respect and inclusiveness cannot be learned in an environment where these rights are under pressure or violated. Clubs often reflect their social environment and tend to consciously and often unconsciously reinforce the implicit prejudices and stereotypes present therein.
Sports clubs have the choice to support their members in strengthening inclusive values and attitudes in and around the sports club by focusing on inclusive values and stimulating the development of social skills. Consider, for example, the way in which coaches and trainers guide players.
Consciously inclusive clubs have an eye for the different learning environments and situations that occur in the sports environment. Think of interactions, discipline, activities, conversations at the club, etc. In addition, they opt for a proactive role in propagating and stimulating a club culture that focuses on respect, moral behavior and inclusion. Not only through the training programs or rules of conduct, but also by paying attention to the policy, leadership, club rituals, social position, citizenship and the reflection of society within the club.

Safety plan – an essential measure
In collaboration with various expertise centers – which are committed to a safe sports climate – All-in has developed an integrated safety plan for sports clubs in the Netherlands. The integral safety plan, which is made available free of charge by all participating organizations, pays attention to both physical and social safety in and around the sports club and is therefore widely applicable. An important added value of this plan is that every sports club can adjust the passages in the plan as desired, which immediately creates a plan that seamlessly matches the unique vision and procedures of each club.
With the help of the integral safety plan, all sports clubs in the Netherlands are given the opportunity to offer everyone a safe(r) sports environment.
Do you want to use the integral safety plan to test your own documentation? Then have a look at the static version here.

Youth exercises
Our program for young athletes
In collaboration with sports psychologists, All-in has developed a sports program that focuses on young athletes between the ages of 8 and 16.
Using our materials for sportsclubs, coaches, parents and trainers can immediately start working with their own youth teams. To go through the full sports program, an average time investment of 10 minutes per week is required, so it can be fully included in the training sessions. The All-in exercises for the club can be spread over various sports seasons according to your own preference and insight, so that players are actively guided for several years in the development of their inclusive competence and social skills.

Library with training materials
All-in is developing a library containing additional training materials for trainers and coaches. Consider, for example, exercises that are suitable to further develop the social skills so that a coach or trainer can pay more attention to various themes that play a role in his or her team(s).
