Youth Exercises

Our program for young athletes

 

In collaboration with sports psychologists, All-in has developed a sports program that focuses on young athletes between the ages of 8 and 16.

With the help of our materials for the sports club, coaches, parents and trainers can immediately start working with their own youth teams. To go through the full sports program, an average time investment of 10 minutes per week is required, this time can be fully included in the training sessions. The All-in exercises for the club can be spread over various sports seasons according to your own preference and insight, so that players are actively guided for several years in the development of their inclusive competence and social skills.
